Description
The Elite Series Torso Rotation is designed to isolate the obliques through a smooth multi-directional rotation movement. The unique ratcheting system allows users to easily adjust the starting position to their individual preference, whilst the chest, thigh and seat pads maximise oblique engagement and limit lower back stress.
